ONLINE REPAIRS : How do I post my watch?
Don't worry if you can't visit The Watch Workshop, our online service make it super easy for everyone to get their timepieces fixed. Follow the instructions below and we'll have your watch back working in no time!
Step 1 : Contact Us
Contact us either through our online form or a phone call to discuss your repair requirements.
Step 2 : Send Watch
Once we have agreed on the job, you need to post your watch to our shop (Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommended as you are fully insured).
Cost of sending in your watch will be taken off final price of work carried out. Return postage is free and included in final price.
Step 3 : Discuss Repairs
Once the watch is assessed we will contact you with final costing of the job in hand and work to be carried out and timescales.
Step 4 : Fix & Return
Once the agreed work has been carried out, we will post your watch back to you.
